we've spent our careers doing one thing: making complex things work.
The Blueprint Collective was built on a simple belief: the gap between where you are and where you want to be isn't a strategy problem. It's an operations problem. And sometimes, it's a you problem, (in the best possible way).
We're sisters. We've spent our entire lives watching each other navigate big transitions, chase hard goals, and figure things out when there was no roadmap. And we both arrived at the same place independently: building something of our own, on our own terms, because freedom and flexibility aren't perks. They're the whole point.
That shared experience isn't just a fun backstory. It's why we understand our clients so deeply. We've lived the same tension you're living: the pull between building something meaningful and actually having a life while you do it.
Together, we bring complementary expertise that covers both sides of what holds most business owners back; the operational chaos on the outside, and the mental and behavioral patterns on the inside.
Krista Leidemer
Fractional COO & Strategic Operations Partner
Krista spent a decade in operations at one of the largest universities in the United States, leading complex partnership programs across the corporate, military, and community college sectors. In that role, she owned every aspect of bringing new programs to life from contracts and compliance to marketing, finance, and systems integration; all without disrupting the existing business. She left to help launch an AI-based edTech startup as the founder's Chief Get-It-Done Officer, building the entire operational foundation of the business from scratch.
That experience, taking a vision and making it real, at scale, without breaking what already works, is exactly what she brings to every Blueprint Collective client.
What Krista does best isn't project management or task execution (though she's exceptional at both). It's operational leadership under pressure: the ability to walk into chaos, find the calm, see the full picture, and build a path forward that actually holds. Her clients don't just end up with better systems. They end up stepping fully into their CEO role: confident, clear, and finally free to lead.
Kelly Anderson
Executive Function Coach
Kelly has spent decades in education and what she's learned in that time is that the gap between where people are and where they want to be almost never comes down to intelligence or effort. It comes down to the systems they have (or don't have) for focusing, setting goals, planning, following through, and managing the inevitable chaos of a full life and a growing business.
She spent 8+ years as an elementary school teacher before transitioning to higher education, teaching in a masters program for educators, designing curriculum, and leading experiential learning courses. She has also worked as an Academic Coach, supporting a diverse caseload of students with executive function skills. She has been nominated Coach of the Year every year she's held the role and is consistently the top performer on her team.
What makes Kelly exceptional isn't just her credentials (though a master's degree in curriculum design and instruction is no small thing). It's her presence. She is patient, calm, and genuinely unflappable; the kind of person who makes you feel like your goals are not only possible, but inevitable. She has a rare ability to meet people exactly where they are, understand how they think and learn, and build a path forward that actually fits their life.
She's not a therapist. She's not a life coach in the generic sense. She's a precision tool for high-achieving people who are ready to operate at the level they know they're capable of and just need the right structure and support to get there.
Kelly built her career around education and flexibility, and she's now bringing that same expertise to business owners who are ready to stop being their own biggest obstacle.
Whether you're looking to optimize your operations, bring clarity to your strategy, or simply get things done without the overwhelm, we’re here to help. We’re not just consultants—we’re partners who care about your business as much as you do.
We work best with service-based online business owners who are already good at what they do and are ready for their business to reflect that.
Our clients are typically:
Running an agency, consulting practice, or service business with a small team
Generating revenue but feeling maxed out. They've hit a ceiling that more hustle won't break through
The bottleneck in their own business, even if they don't always call it that
Ready to delegate at a real level-not just tasks, but ownership
Building toward something bigger and needing an operational partner who can see the full picture
If you're just starting out, we're probably not the right fit yet. But if you've built something real and you're ready for it to run the way it should…we'd love to talk.
